  2. Interview Preparation: We offer personalized guidance to prepare our consumers for job interviews. This includes mock interviews, coaching on interview techniques, and tips on how to confidently present themselves to potential employers.

Employment Application Support: Our staff assists in completing and submitting employment applications, ensuring that all necessary information is included and presented in a clear and compelling manner. We work together to create applications that effectively showcase their qualifications and abilities.

  4. Advocacy during Interviews: We advocate on behalf of our consumers during the interview process. We communicate their unique strengths and abilities to employers, emphasizing the value they bring to the workplace. Our goal is to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process that recognizes the potential of each individual.

  5. Ongoing Support and Guidance: Once our consumers are hired at their desired workplace, our support doesn't end there. We provide continued support and guidance to help them successfully integrate into their new job environment. We address any challenges that may arise and offer assistance to ensure their long-term success.
