Access Home Care Services, Inc. is dedicated to funding paid internships for individuals with developmental disabilities. We actively seek employers who are willing to provide valuable opportunities to our individuals at no cost to them.

As part of our commitment, Access Home Care Services, Inc. ensures that our consumers receive the full employment experience, starting from interview preparation to appropriate attire guidance. We believe in empowering our consumers with the skills and support they need to thrive in their chosen career paths.

We value individual choice and offer the freedom for consumers to select their desired internship site, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in their preferred field. While prior volunteer experience is recommended, it is not necessary for guaranteed success in our internship program. For individuals without prior experience, we suggest enrolling in our day program to gain valuable volunteer experience before embarking on the internship journey.
